- 2 / 5By Sabine GuildWent to this store on Father's Day. Ordered their 8" Carrot cake, they took my money and then I waited for almost 30 minutes. I asked once how much longer is is going to take. They never said that it needed to be frosted or anything.
When we finally went to eat the cake it was even wrapped. I have never had this type of experience with other Bundt cake stores. When I called to complain Claire the on duty manager said oh I was in a hurry, and didn't want me to have to wait longer. They didn't even let me know it wasn't wrapped.
